Before you order

When will my order arrive?

Plan on about 2 weeks from your order to delivery, and a few days longer in November and December. A swapped design adds 1 to 3 days. Shipping is free, with tracking. See every order-by date
What if a tile is missing or chipped?

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and back color, and we send a matching replacement free. Nothing to send back. Until it arrives, play a blank in its place.
Can I return my order?

Sets printed as shown can be returned, unused, within 30 days of delivery. Opening the box to check your tiles is fine. Email us first for the return address. Returns ship internationally and return shipping is paid by you. A swapped set is final sale once you approve your proof. Stitched bags are final sale. An unused velvet rack bag can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy
Can I change a design in my set?

Yes. Tick the design swap on the set page. It is included with the Host Set. Then reply to your order confirmation within 24 hours with a photo or just an idea. Swap up to five designs: the joker, any wind or dragon, the 1 Bam, the 1 Dot or any flower. We email a proof and print only after you approve it. A swapped set adds 1 to 3 days and is final sale once you approve your proof. See how Make it yours works
Will the tiles fit my racks?

Racks aren't included. Each tile is 1.18 in tall, 0.87 in wide and 0.55 in thick (30 x 22 x 14 mm). Not sure? Send us your rack's measurements and we'll check before you order.
How does a stitched name work?

Up to 20 characters, spaces count. We stitch it exactly as you type it. Stitched bags are final sale. See the Embroidered name guide
Is there a deal on a second set?

Yes. Put any two sets in your cart and the second is $59 off, once per order. It can't be combined with discount codes.
