The Tile Key
Every numbered tile has its number in the corner, in its suit color: blue for Dots, green for Bams, red for Craks.
Dragons are labeled SOAP, GREEN or RED. Winds show their letter.
Flowers and jokers are labeled in words.
Order-by dates
Halloween: order a set by Wed, Oct 14. With a bag or a design swap, Mon, Oct 12.
Christmas: order a set by Fri, Dec 4. With a bag or a design swap, Wed, Dec 2.
Each date ends at 11:59 pm ET.
Plan on about 2 weeks from your order to delivery, and a few days longer in November and December.
Returns
Tile sets printed as shown: return within 30 days of delivery, unused, with all 160 tiles and the box.
A bag with a stitched name is final sale and cannot be returned. Bought with tiles? The tile set can still be returned on its own.
A swapped set is final sale once you approve your proof. Until then you can change or cancel the swap for a full refund.
An unused plain knit bag or velvet rack bag can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Email us first for the return address. Returns ship internationally and return shipping is paid by you.
A missing, damaged or misprinted tile, or a bag with the wrong name? Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we make it right at no cost.

Every tile names itself
The art is the costume. The number, the suit color and the label stay where players look for them.
Your dog on the joker? Tick the design swap with your set, then send a photo or just an idea. We draw it and email you a proof before we print.
What you get: 160 tiles: 36 Dots, 36 Bams, 36 Craks, 16 Winds, 12 Dragons, 8 Flowers, 10 jokers and 6 blanks. Melamine, printed in full color, each 1.18 x 0.87 x 0.55 in (30 x 22 x 14 mm). Not included: racks, pushers, a mat, dice or this year's card. Photos are digital mockups.
The tiles and the Tile Key
Every numbered tile has its number in the corner, in its suit color: blue for Dots, green for Bams, red for Craks. Craks keep their Chinese numeral. Dragons are labeled SOAP, GREEN or RED, winds show their letter, and flowers and jokers are labeled in words.
Blanks are for house rules, or to stand in for a lost tile. Playing with blanks? Pick a colored back, not Ivory White, so a face-up blank never passes for a face-down tile.
First set? Most classes lend racks, so ask your teacher which ones she uses. This year's card is sold by its publisher.

Swapping a design
The design swap is an extra you tick with your set. It is included with the Host Set. Reply to your order confirmation within 24 hours of checkout with a photo or just an idea, and we draw it. Swap up to five designs: the joker, any wind or dragon, the 1 Bam, the 1 Dot or any flower. One design covers every tile that uses it. Numbers, suit colors and labels stay.
We email a proof and print only after you approve it. Approve within 24 hours. Later can delay your order. A swap adds 1 to 3 days and is final sale once you approve your proof. No reply within 24 hours, or no answer to your proof within 5 days? We print your set as shown.
Send only images you made or have permission to use. We can't print characters, team or brand logos, or a photo of someone without their OK.
Shipping, dates and returns
Your set is printed to order and ships free with tracking. Plan on about 2 weeks from your order to delivery, and a few days longer in November and December.
If anything runs late, we email you a new estimate, and you can cancel your order for a full refund.
Sets printed as shown can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for the return address. Send the set back unused, with all 160 tiles and its box. Returns ship internationally and return shipping is paid by you. The parcel can take a few weeks to arrive. We refund you once we've checked it.
A swapped set is final sale once you approve your proof. Until then, you can change or cancel your swap for a full refund. Stitched bags are final sale.
A missing, damaged or misprinted tile? Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we send a replacement at no cost. Nothing to send back.
